Future Marketers Scholarship

Background and Purpose

Essey Marketing is dedicated to supporting the next generation of marketing professionals by providing financial assistance to a deserving student who exhibits passion, creativity, and a keen interest in the field. As digital marketing rapidly evolves, our goal is to empower future marketers to help businesses of all sizes succeed in the digital age. Through this scholarship, we aim to nurture and encourage innovative thinking and practical skill development among students who aspire to shape the future of marketing.

Scholarship Amount

$250 (One-time, annual award)

Eligibility Criteria

1. Field of Study: Applicants must be pursuing a degree in marketing or a closely related field.
2. Academic Requirement: Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
3. Educational Level: This scholarship is open to high school seniors who have been accepted into a college marketing program.
4. Award Type: One-time scholarship awarded annually to one recipient.

Application Requirements

1. Essay (500-750 words): Applicants must submit a written essay on the topic: “How Digital Marketing Can Help Small Businesses Thrive.” The essay should demonstrate an understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, along with original insights or ideas.
2. Resume: A current resume highlighting academic achievements, extracurricular activities, work experience (if applicable), and any relevant marketing-related experience or coursework.

Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated passion for marketing
• Academic excellence
• Clarity and originality of ideas in the essay
• Overall presentation (spelling, grammar, coherence)

Application Deadline

Applications must be submitted by January 15th of the graduating year. Any applications received after this date will not be considered.

Award Notification

The scholarship recipient will be notified via email by February 28th of the graduating year. The funds will be disbursed directly to the recipient’s designated financial account or campus bursar’s office (as required by the institution).
